Gabai Forest Waterfall"A Scenic And Serene Nature Outing "Always a favorite nature destination, Gabai Forest Waterfall is a vertical jungle park. The Gabai River rushes over 50 to 100 meters of rock walls to form swimming hole pockets and slippery water slides. The crowds arrive on the weekends to enjoy a splash and picnic under the shade of tropical rainforest trees. Nestled in a narrow forest valley, a series of well-built stairways meander to the flatter hilltop where the best swimming spot keeps kids and adults busy all day long. Along the steps are several open, large wooden platforms for families and groups to set up your picnic bbq and spread out your gear. At the two main swimming holes are covered shelters to avoid the sun and hang out for an outdoor lunch. A great rainforest for kids, the atmosphere is ideal for enjoying the outdoors without too many annoyances. If you want to avoid the crowd, follow the river upstream to find a secluded camping spot or some quiet jungle trekking.
