Nestled amid gorgeous rainforest habitat, the Chamang tropical waterfall is a jungle oasis just off the Karak Highway.
When you want to escape the city or just find a travel idea for kids, then head over to Bentong for a day trip. Then follow a winding road past kampungs and forests to the rising hills that dominate the horizon.
Set up by the Pahang Forestry Department, Hutan Lipur Sungai Chamang (Chamang River Recreation Park) is just one of over twenty of these small and accessible forest parks in the state. As part of the Bukit Tinggi Forest Reserve, large tropical rainforest trees surround the river for a great scenic view.
